Bypass CPAlead and other surveys!!!

This is a javascript which is useful for removing the surveys from the sites given below.

# Removes CPAlead surveys (and others) when clicked

It removes surveys provided from the likes of CPAlead from the page of the website your viewing without you having to complete online surveys.
It does this not by acting like a yxorp (which often ruins the page's usablility and functionality) but by just removing the survey.

Remove the Surveys from:
